Chicken Quiche |
Servings:8 (1 serving = 1 slice 1/8 of pie) |
Ingredients
| 1 (9") pie shell, unbaked |
| 1 cup chicken, chopped and cooked |
| 1/2 cup sliced raw mushrooms |
| 1/4 cup butter |
| 1 cup shredded swiss cheese |
| 3 eggs |
| 1 1/2 cup Meadow Gold Half & Half Homogenized |
| 1/4 cup American parsley |
| 1 tsp seasoned salt |
| 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese |
Preparation

Place chicken in pie shell.
|
|
Saute mushroom in butter for 3 to 4 minutes. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle swiss cheese over mixture.

|
Beat eggs and half & half together. Add parsley and seasoned salt to cream mixture. Pour into pie shell.
|
|
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
|
|
Bake in 375 degree oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
